Do you sell and install the Powerwall?
Yes – We are a Tesla Certified Installer for the Powerwall. We are also certified to install other batter brands such as Franklin, Enphase and Fortress to name a few.
What can A Battery Power?
We recommend at least 2 Powerwalls for whole home backups. Depending on how long you want to be able to run on battery power and how large your house is, 3 may be even better.
How much does the Powerwall cost?
Currently, installed battery systems start at $15,000-20,000. These systems are eligible for the 30% federal tax credit with our without solar, so become very cost competitive with gas generators, without the noise, fuel costs, pollution, annual maintenance plus they provide ancillary benefits such as allowing self-consumption and time-of-use to help lower your overall utility rates.

Battery systems come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty, as well as Pennstar Solar’s 10-year workmanship warranty
